Universities
We strive to provide the best student living experience at our properties, offering more than just a room. And, of course, the reason we have residents in the first place is because each person who chooses to stay with us is looking for suitable accommodation where they can be safe and comfortable during their university studies.
We work closely with universities across the UK in a variety of ways, including nomination and referral agreements, attendance at on-campus events and marketing activity that promotes both the institution in question and our properties. We're always looking to do more, partnering with universities in our cities even where a formal agreement isn't in place, so we can continue to enhance our support of students.
Charities
Giving back comes in many different shapes and sizes.
Whether its fundraising efforts in individual cities or properties, or larger campaign awareness for national charities, we have a responsibility to make a difference in the communities we serve.
Our passion to forge and nurture connections in the cities we operate is demonstrated by what we do; from partnering with local businesses to provide discounts and job opportunities for our residents, to joining forces with fellow PBSA providers to make access to mental health and wellbeing support readily available to students across the UK.
Suppliers
By working with high-quality suppliers, we can offer the high standard accommodation, award winning student experience and first-class customer service we’re known for, while not compromising on affordability for our residents.
From furniture and paint to cleaning materials and utilities, we trust and work closely with our suppliers to provide our properties and HQ teams with the essential items and services they need throughout the year.
