Our close strategic partnerships with higher education institutes are built around various strands of activity including, referral agreements, attendance at university events, and mutually beneficial marketing activity.
We’re also an officially nominated accommodation provider or multiple universities, meaning select university partners are committed to sending a minimum number of students to live with us each year for a fixed period.
What are the benefits?
If university-owned accommodation is over-subscribed, then students have affiliated accommodation to go to. Meanwhile, we come rated and recommended by the university, so students can expect accommodation that ticks all the boxes and is award-winning in its own right.
