Our Operations Managers are the gatekeepers of our properties, responsible for the day-to-day running of both the property and the teams who help to make it a home away from home for our residents.

Own your role

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be the magic ingredient! A talented manager of people with strong commercial ability to help build and deliver an exceptional Student Roost experience for both our people and residents.

Champions lead by example, so you’ll be an individual who demonstrates a personal desire for high levels of service. You’ll be the expert of your property and be at the forefront of developing relationships with universities and suppliers.
