Our Caretakers are the individuals who take care of our properties, providing safe spaces for our residents and team members, and going above and beyond to keep them well maintained and an aesthetic dream.

Every student is different, and so are the teams who work in our properties. Don’t leave your personality at the door; bring your whole self to work and be the real you!

Own your role

As a Caretaker, you’re the engine room of the property, working alongside the property team and responding to urgent maintenance issues.

If a problem can’t be fixed, no worries! You’ll be trained on how to report and escalate urgent jobs swiftly.

Learn on the go

You’ll have the Best Start Ever when you join us, helping you to learn the Student Roost way of doing things. We never walk past a problem, ensure safety and welfare are never overlooked, have a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
