We provide a 24/7 service to our residents through a range of roles, shift patterns, working hours, and flexibility for our team members. Against this framework, we can allow for space for creativity and for each individual to make their mark as we work to our goal to become the leader in student housing.

We offer high challenge, high support

We have a performance mindset; we can challenge and expect to be challenged along the way, all while learning from the mistakes. We succeed together by ensuring the right support is available when it's needed such as maternity and paternity leave, parental bereavement, compassionate leave, the menopause, medical appointments, and more.

We protect and benefit

Full-time employees receive 25 days holiday a year (that’s 1-week annual leave on top of the statutory minimum, totalling 6 weeks per year with additional national holiday allowance) and every team member gets an additional day off for their birthday to celebrate.
